These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LandIt iOS application ("App") operated by ZA Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using LandIt, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LandIt is an AI-powered career coaching app that provides interview practice, resume analysis, and cover letter generation. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must create an account to use LandIt. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
LandIt offers a free tier with limited access to features. Unlimited access requires a paid subscription (LandIt Pro).
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Pricing is displayed in the app before purchase.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds: All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
LandIt uses artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, resume feedback, and cover letters. You acknowledge that:
The LandIt app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ZA Studios and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (job descriptions, resume text, etc.).
By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
LandIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZA Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities or reliance on AI-generated content.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
